i-Pulse M10 SMT Placement System
The M10 shares all the features of its bigger brother the M20 with no comprises to the technical specification. Utilising the same range of interchangeable feeder banks and tray handlers the M10 makes an excellent compliment to existing I-Pulse lines and a highly flexible mounter for the placement of fine pitch tray feed parts and Hybrid dispense functions.
Being the exact technical specification but with half the feeder capacity as the M20, the I-Pulse M10 is the perfect solution for modular SMT lines either working in companion with the M20, multiple M10’s for high speed applications or as a single compact machine solution where feeder capacity is not so demanding.
i-Pulse M20 placement
In keeping with the I-Pulse philosophy of designing flexible, high specification SMT manufacturing centres, the new M20 series is targeting both current and future manufacturing requirements.
The M20 comes available in 4 and 6 head configurations to suit capacity and technology
demands. The range of feeder bank and optional tray handling configurations allows very
fast product change-over where a maximum of 144 feeders can be set on feeder banks or
changeable banks of 36 feeders. The 36 feeder can also be swapped with a 40 tray changer
The highly flexible M20 is available with a range of head configurations to suit capacity and technology demands. The ability to configure the M20 with head variants to handle standard SMT, odd form, plus the removable hybrid dispense option makes the M20 a uniquely flexible mounter.
