The DECAN S1 is equipped with a nozzle center recognition function, which reduces microchip loss rate and improves placement consistency by identifying nozzle position during operation. A real-time calibration mechanism runs automatically during production to maintain long-term placement accuracy, reducing the frequency of manual calibration. The fly camera system recognizes chip components ranging from 03015 to 16mm, supporting fast recognition for small-sized components.
For odd-shaped and large-sized components, the machine optimizes the motion sequence of the fly camera recognition process, increasing placement speed by approximately 25% compared with unoptimized modes. For components that exceed the camera’s field of view (FOV), the panoramic view function performs split recognition and merges split component images into a complete display, supporting visual teaching for large-sized components and simplifying setup procedures.
