The Fuji NXT I series is a modular SMT placement machine series, including M3, M3S, M6 and M6S models. It adopts a modular structure to support flexible configuration of production lines for enterprise customers in electronic manufacturing. Below are detailed parameters based on the NXT I M3S model, which can be used as a reference for the whole series.
Different placement head configurations correspond to different placement speeds and component compatibility ranges. All accuracy data are tested under 3σ standard with Cpk ≥ 1.00:

The NXT I series adopts a modular design, allowing users to configure the number of modules according to production capacity requirements. This structure supports line adjustment for different product batches, so that production lines can adapt to changes in order volume and product type without large-scale equipment replacement. The modular design also supports phased capacity expansion for manufacturing facilities.
With H12HS, H08 and H04 placement heads, the series achieves a placement accuracy of ±0.05mm under 3σ standard (Cpk ≥ 1.00). This accuracy level meets the assembly tolerance requirements of most conventional electronic components, including consumer electronics, communication equipment and industrial control circuit boards. The vision system of the machine recognizes component position during the placement process to adjust placement coordinates.
The machine is equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning system, which cleans nozzle surfaces automatically during production intervals. This function reduces the frequency of manual nozzle disassembly and cleaning, and lowers downtime caused by nozzle contamination from soldering flux or dust. It also reduces the workload of on-site maintenance personnel in daily production.
Through interchangeable placement heads, the series handles components from 0402 small chips to 74×74mm large components, including long strip components up to 180mm in length. It covers most conventional SMT component types, from passive chips to ICs, connectors and odd-shaped components. This compatibility reduces the demand for dedicated special equipment for a small number of special components.
For commercial procurement, the machines are packed in wooden cases for transportation to protect equipment from damage during shipping. The standard warranty period is 1 year after delivery. Payment is collected via T/T before shipment. Shipping can be arranged via FedEx, UPS, DHL and other carriers as required. Under optimum operating conditions, the NXT I series achieves a placement speed of 22,500 CPH with the H12HS placement head.
Under double track configuration, the NXT I M3S supports a maximum PCB size of 510 × 534mm.
The H08 head handles components ranging from 0402 package to 12×12mm, with a maximum component height of 6.5mm.
